This eleventh day of March one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, in the matter of a charge against ALEXANDER DONALD FRASER of Oue-la-Wea Bay, Epi,

The above named ALEXANDER DONALD FRASER stands convicted before the Joint Court for that on or about April 1911 he engaged a native woman to wit Montarero without the consent of her husband contrary to the provisions of Article XXXIII of the Convention.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Alexander Donald Fraser for his said offence to pay the sum of two pounds (£2) fine and costs.
