on board the S.S."Tathra" at Craig Cove Ambrym
27th November 1911.


The accused, Raymond Paul Arthur Pesnel, is acquitted. The costs in the action to be at the charge of the Condominium.

The witness (native) Harry is convicted of giving false evidence in the, above action and is fined eight shillings (8/-)
