The Public Prosecutor
PLAINTIFF
versus
Jules Raguet,
DEFENDANT
CHARGED WITH having illegally sold liquor to natives under Article LIX of the Convention.
JUDGMENT GIVEN
on the 9th May 1911, by the Joint Court.

The Court considers that in this case, the accused has acted without a full state of responsibility, by reason of his youth accused is therefore acquitted.
But the Court considers that the mother is civilly responsible for the act of her son and condemns her (Madame Chazot) to pay the costs of the proceedings.
