until such time as the Defendant pay in full the sum of VT2,204,650 or failing such payment within a reasonable. time of detention of the Defendant's vehicles, to sale by tender the said Defendant's vehicles in order to recover such sum of VT2,204,650 plus interest and costs of such tender with remaining balance of the sale to be paid into court.
