  1. That if the Applicant does not appear in Court in the next court date, the Court shall apply Rule 9.10(2)(d) of the Civil Procedure Rules No. 49 of 2002.
  2. That the first respondent is given 14 days to file a response and have it served on all parties before next court date.
  1. That the matter is adjourned to 22nd July, 2024, at 9:00am in the morning for mention.
