JUDGMENT

Having satisfy that summons has been serve to the defendant despite his absence in Court today, the court issue the following orders against the defendant after hearing and reading claim of the plaintiff.

1. Defendant is ordered to pay to Emo Selinda an amount of 4,000 vatu

2. Defendant is ordered to commence payment on the 30^th of April 2008 and shall continue thereafter each calendar month until the child reaches 18 years of age.

3. Both parties are given liberty to appeal within 30 days commencing from these Orders.
