JUDGMENT

Upon reading claim of the plaintiff and having heard the defendant admitted that he is the father of Wiliam Tasau therefore, the Court find the defendant guilty. The defendant Jeff Gamma is ordered to;

1. Pay to the mother of Wiliam Tasau and amount of vt4000

2. The payment shall commence on the 30^th of April 2008 and shall continue thereafter each month until the child reaches 18 years of age.

3. Both parties are given liberty to appeal within 30 days commencing from these Orders.
