CONSENT ORDER

The Original Claimant Family represented by Mr. Jerry Iaruel Loupeau and the First Claimant Family represented by Robin Tom Kapapa hereby consent to the Land Case No.01 of 1997 as follows:

(1) Both Claimants Mr. Jerry Iaruel Loupeau Family and Robin Tom Kapapa Family are declared Customary Land Owners of Iarmane and Reingmine Land.

(2) The parties consented to withdraw the Claim and the Court hereby declare both Claimants Customary Land owners of the whole part of Land being disputes at Iarmane and Reingmine land.

(3) Both parties are declared and ordered to have equal customary rights of the said Land.

(4) There be no Order as to cost.
