JUDGMENT:

Upon reading claim of the plaintiff and having heard the defendant the Court find the defendant guilty. The defendant Andrew Mala is ordered to;

1. Pay to the mother of Antesley and amount of vt4000

2. The payment shall commence at the end of December 2006 and shall continue thereafter each month until the child reaches 18 years of age.

3. Both parties are given liberty to appeal within 30 days commencing from these Orders.
