Having heard the applications of Karaf family and the response of the other claimants to the Application, I am satisfied that the Orders sought are reasonable and would not Prejudice one single party. It is for the preservation of peace and harmony within the community pending the final determination of the ownership of Takara land. I grant the orders sought in their entirety.
