Decision: His application is approved on standard and special conditions. He is classified as low risk, has no misconduct, has performed rehabilitation programs, has projects plans, no adverse medical report. He has no risk issues. For those reasons his application is approved. He is to remain on parole until his Sentence End Date.


Release Condition: -That he returns back to Ambrym (Lalinda Village), and resides only with his brothers family.

- To reside under the care of Chief Bradley Peter and Chief Norman Isaac.

- To undertake Niufala Rod Program as directed by Probation Officer

- To undertake spiritual counselling by an Elder or Pastor from the SDA, Ps Jimmy Japhet instructed by Probation Services

- Not to make any form of contact to the victim eg phone, etc..
- Not to re-offend

Decision: His application is approved on standard and special conditions. He is classified as low risk, does not pose any risk to community. Has completed rehabilitation programs. He will continue on parole to his Sentence End Date.


Release Condition: - To be supervised by Chief Enos Vakovarouliu as his CJS

- To undertake Spiritual Counselling with Pastor Jack Lui Bong form the Assemble of God’s Church.

- To undertake Niufala Rod Program as directed by a Probation Officer

- To undertake Sex Offending Program as directed by the Probation Officer

- To perform another custom reconciliation to his victim as planned

- Not to re-offend
- Chairman of Council to provide 1 monthly report on the parolee to Probation Officer.

Decision: His application is approved for parole on standard and special conditions to remain until his Sentence End Date. His classification is low. He has undertake necessary rehabilitation programs. There is no adverse medical report. He has safety plans. He pose no risk to Community.


Release Condition: - To be supervised by Probation Officer and Chief Karbert Nati as CJS.
- To undertake Spiritual Counselling with Father Doriri Nathanael from the Catholic Church
- To undertake Niufala Rod Program as directed by the Probation Officer
- To undertake Sexual Offending as directed by the Probation Officer
- To perform the last custom reconciliation to his wife and her step daughter
- Not to re-offend
