Release Condition:

- Mr. Willie Noel to continue to attend spiritual counselling to help him address his offending behavior and the three (3) rehabilitation models with his supervising Probation Officer on Tanna.

- Mr. Willie Noel is to complete a Niufala Rod Program

- Mr. Willie Noel must not re-offend again

- To be under the supervision of his village chief or a community justice supervisor in the area

- Mr. Willie is to reside only on Tanna Island, until parole sentence end date.
