Decision: Application for parole is approved on standard and special conditions for a further 12 months after his Sentence End Date.

Release Condition: - To undertake spiritual counselling with church leader

- To undertake niufala rod program

- Report to Probation Officer as directed to do so by the probation officer

- Go back to his family at Aneityum once he is released onto parole and serve his parole until his end date.

- Undertake any rehabilitation programs organized by the probation services

- Must not re-offend again
