- To remain under Chief Jean Mark Mermer until end of Parole Sentence.
- To undertake spiritual counselling and undertake any church activities as directed by Pastor Sereak from the Catholic Mission Church.
- To undertake Niufala Rod Program as directed by the Probation Officers.
- To reside with his cousin brother Mr Bruno at Namburu area and remain under his care until his parole end date.
- To keep away from the victim and the victim's business site.
- Not to re-offend or commit other offences.
- To perform customary ceremony to be facilitated by chiefs.
