Decision: His application is approved on the recommendation by the Centre manager. He must remain on Parole until his sentence end date on standard and speical conditions

Release Condition:- To perform a custom ceremony to the victim, victim's family, Chiefs and in front of his Community.

- To keep his distance away from the victim at all times.
- To be supervised by Pastor Eddie Silas until end of Parole Sentence as his Community Justice Supervisor.
- To undertake Spiritual Counselling and undertake any Church activities as directed by a Probation Officer.
- To undertake Niufala Rod Program as directed by a Probation Officer.
- Not to reoffend or commit any other criminal offences.
- To be placed undertake close monitoring by Elder Eddie Silas, Chief Peter Yamack and George Luken. In the event of any breaches, these persons will attend to answer why he has to be recalled.
