Detainee Name: Willie Isaac


Decision: Application is approved for release on parole on standard and special conditions to remain until 6th February 2014. He has demonstrated positive changes as indicated in his reports.


Release Condition: Please refer to the 5 conditions in his sentence parole plan to include the 6th condition that not to re-offend or commit any other criminal offences.


  1. To perform custom ceremony to the victim, victims family, Chiefs and in front of his community.
  2. To keep his distance away from the victim at all time.
  3. To be supervised by Chief John Yalikis until end of Parole sentence as his Community Justice Supervisor.
  4. To undertake Spiritual Counselling and undertake any Church activities as directed by a Probation Officer.
  5. To undertake Niufala Rod Program as directed by a Probation Officer.
  6. Not to re-offend or commit other criminal offences.

Release Date: Within 1 week from the date of decision.
