Decision: His application is approved for release on parole. Despite he escaped earlier this year, he has accepted responsibility and correction. He must be given a chance to go out and prove himself. He will remain on parole until 2nd April 2014.

Release Condition: On standard and the 4 special conditions specified on his Pre-release report.

1. Undertake Spiritual Counselling with a Pastor of a Church in the community and Custom Chief counseling.
   
2. Undertake Niufala Rod Program with the Probation Services and attend the Bible Course.
   
3. To comply with the standard conditions given by both the Probation services and the Parole Board.
   
4. Not to re-offend and any other offences prescribed by Law.
