Decision: His application is approved for release on parole on the basis of his positive reports and recommendations by the Centre Manager. He will be on parole until his sentence end date on 16th July 2019.

Release Condition: On standard and the 5 special conditions specified in his Pre-sentence report.

1. Mr. Dick Nelson to be involve in any Rehabilitation Program if organized by the Probation Services.
   
2. Mr. Dick Nelson to undertake the Niufala Rod Program as directed by Probation Officer.
   
3. That Mr. Dick Nelson avoids alcohol and cannabis well and avoids re-offending.
   
4. That Mr. Dick Nelson is to keep close relationship and cooperates with the Community Justice Supervisor maintaining himself to any good and legal advice that is given by the Community Justice Supervisor.
   
5. That Mr. Dick Nelson takes part in any program that is organized by the Chief in the Community.
