Despite a minor incident in March 2012, he has made significant effort and progress in the last 4 months and for the comments made by the Centre Manager as to non-risk factor, he should be given the opportunity to go out and prove himself. He must remain on parole until 22nd June 2013.
Release Condition: On standard and the 4 special conditions specified on his Pre-release report.

1. To undertake Niufala Rod Program facilitated by the Probation Services
   
2. To attend any church activities as arranged by the Probation Officer and his Church Pastor.
   
3. To keep away from his victim.
   
4. Not to re-offend and comply with his conditions till his sentence end date.
