Detainee Name: Fred Yoan


Decision: The Board agrees to release this detainee on parole on standard and special conditions to remain until 2nd September 2014.


Release Condition: Please refer to his Pre-release report for 4 special conditions on the same day his is released he must be flown to Tanna and to his village at Port Resolution.


  1. Return to Port Resolution –SE Tanna upon release by the Parole Board and supervised by the Tanna Probation Officer and under a Community based Community Justice Supervisor there until his sentence end date on 02/09/2014.
  2. To undertake the Niu Rod Program with Tafea Probation Officer.
  3. To undertake Custom Chief Counselling and attend to his Community Project on building a Bungalow and Resort for Tourists in Port Resolution – Tanna and Probation Officer to monitor him on this project – Chief Narua to report every month.
  4. Not to re-offend this offence or other offences as prescribed by law.
