2. a) To be supervised by his Paramount chief Maripopongi.
b) To notify his chief should he wish to travel to other villages.

3. To refrain from contacting the victim in any way unless with the written approval of his Probation Officer with assistance of his Paramount Chief.

4. To continue undertake Niu Rod Program.

5. To Perform kastom ceremony to victim and family as well as his chiefs and his community.

6. Not to reoffend, this offence and any others.

7. Not to take alcohol and drug substances.
