MINUTE


  1. A Notice of Appeal was filed in this matter on 17 September 2021, with Grounds to be subsequently provided.
  2. By a Minute of 24th day of September 2021 the appellant was given certain time-tabling directions to ready this matter for hearing in the current Cout of Appeal session.
  3. The Minute was served on the appellant in person, by the Deputy Sheriff of the Supreme Court, on 22 October 2021.
  4. The appeal was to be heard at 10.30am on 11 November 2021.
  5. Grounds of Appeal have not been filed with the Court.
  6. There has been no response in compliance with the time-tabling directions.
  7. There was further no appearance in the Court of Appeal at the duly appointed time/day.
  8. Accordingly, the appeal is struck out for want of prosecution.
  9. There is no order as to costs.
