ORDER
Upon hearing Mr. Finnigan for the plaintiff and Mr. Morrison for the defendants it is hereby Ordered that:_
- The following take place by 3 p.m. on the dates stated:-
- (a) the defendants advise the plaintiff which requested particulars are objected to – 14 March
- (b) the plaintiff serves the request for further and better particulars on the defendant – 28th March
- (c) the defendants serve the requested further and better particulars on the plaintiff – 11th April
- (d) discovery – 28 March
- (e) inspection –11 April
- (f) the defendants pay the costs as Ordered by the Court of Appeal on 1st November 2001 – 28th March
- The trial will take place on 24-28th June commencing at 9 a.m. (subject to reasonable availability of defence counsel, notification by 19 April)
- Costs in the cause.
