1. The hearing date for this appeal of 24^th October is vacated. The appeal will be mentioned at the call over in Port Vila on Friday 25^th October at 9.00 am when a date for the hearing of the appeal during the week of 28^th October –1^st November will be set.
   
2. The appellants must pay to the first respondent the cost of one return ticket by air Santo – Port Vila – Santo by 9.00 am on 24^th October.
