COURT OF APPEAL REVIEW

1. The appellant is to prepare an appeal book containing:-
   
   • (a) Notice of Appeal;
   • (b) Grounds of Appeal;
   • (c) Summary containing, charges, brief facts, any special features, sentencing judgment;
   • (d) Skeleton argument;
   • (e) List of any authorities.
     
2. Five copies of the appeal book are to be filed in the Court and one copy served on the respondent by 3 p.m. on 7th October.
   
3. The respondent is to file (5 copies) and serve (1 copy) of skeleton argument and list of any authorities in response by 3 p.m. on 14th October.
   
4. The Respondent Willie Tasso must be present at the Supreme Court at Port Vila on Friday 25th October at 9 a.m.
