COURT OF APPEAL REVIEW
- The appellant is to prepare an appeal book containing:-
- (a) Notice of Appeal;
- (b) Grounds of Appeal;
- (c) Summary containing, charges, brief facts, any special features, sentencing judgment;
- (d) Skeleton argument;
- (e) List of any authorities.
- Five copies of the appeal book are to be filed in the Court and one copy served on the respondent by 3 p.m. on 7th October.
- The respondents are to file (5 copies) and serve (1 copy) of skeleton argument and list of any authorities in response by 3 p.m. on
14th October.
- The Respondents Maslea Scott and Jeremaiah Tula must be present at the Supreme Court at Luganville, Espiritu Santo on 21st October at 9 a.m.
