COURT OF APPEAL REVIEW

1. The appellant is to prepare an appeal book containing:-
   
   1. Notice of Appeal;
   2. Grounds of Appeal;
   3. Summary containing, charges, brief facts, any special features, sentencing judgment;
   4. Skeleton argument;
   5. List of any authorities.
      
2. Five copies of the appeal book are to be filed in the Court and one copy served on the respondent by 3 p.m. on 7^th October.
   
3. The respondents are to file (5 copies) and serve (1 copy) of skeleton argument and list of any authorities in response by 3 p.m. on 14^th October.
   
4. The Respondent Kisson Rappui must be present at the Supreme Court at Luganville, Espiritu Santo on 21^st October at 9 a.m.
