Having read the application for Default Judgment together with the Writ of Summons, Statement of Claim and Affidavit of Service of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim on the defendant and there being no appearance entered for or by the defendant IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Judgment in default of appearance be entered for the plaintiff in the sum of $30,953.66 for special damages and such sum to be assessed for general damages.
