ORDER

By consent, order:

1. THAT the Department of Lands and Survey conduct a survey at Tokotu Plot 84(a), KAMUPANE, at the earliest opportunity preferably during the present week.
   
2. THAT during the time when survey is conducted, neither party shall interfere with survey.
   
3. THAT from the date of this letter and toward the completion of the survey, cutting of trees, erecting of any structures, collecting of sand or any other like substances from certain areas in dispute by both parties shall be prohibited unless deemed necessary.
