HAVING granted leave to the plaintiffs in this action to summon the following alleged contemnors


Liki Malofelo

Sefuteni Liki

Poutoa Soani and

Alinesi Isala


to show cause to this Court why they should not be committed or otherwise punished for contempt of the Order of this Court made on the second day of June 2006


IT IS ORDERED that:


1. the plaintiffs shall file and serve notice of motion stating the precise nature of the allegations of their contempt of each within 2 months of this Order;


2. the notice of motion shall have attached to it all the affidavits in support upon which the plaintiffs intend to rely;


3. service shall be made personally in all cases;


4. affidavits of service shall be filed before the case is accepted for listing for hearing;


5. the alleged contemnors shall file and serve all affidavits upon which they intend to rely within 2 months of service upon them of the notice of motion and affidavits;


6. all parties shall, within 14 days thereafter, file and serve notice of which deponents they wish to examine orally;


7. the hearing of this matter shall then be on the first day of the next sitting of the High Court
