BEFORE THE HON. JUSTICE CATO


IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Housebreaking - on every count - 3 years imprisonment to be served concurrently with one another and cumulatively on the existing sentence of imprisonment.

The last or final 12 months to be suspended on the following conditions;

(1) Commit no further crimes punishable by imprisonment for a period of 3 years.
(2) Probation for 6 months to live where directed by Probation Officer.
(3) No to drink alcohol for a period of 12 months.
(4) To attend a course on Drug and Alcohol under the Salvation Army & Probation Officer.
(5) To attend a Life Skills Program under Salvation Army & Probation Office.

Theft - on each count - 6 months imprisonment to be served concurrently with housebreaking offences.
