MINUTE OF THE COURT

[1] This appeal was set down for hearing during the session commencing on the 31st March 2014.
[2] Mr Fifita for the appellant (who was not present when the case was called on 31st March) sought an adjournment on the grounds of his ill health. The Crown raised no objection to the adjournment.
[3] We are satisfied that the appellant was aware of the application and agreed to it. We are also satisfied that Mr Fifita's health prevents him from appearing during this session and accordingly the appeal is adjourned to the next sitting.
