[1] When this case was called the appellant appeared in person and sought leave to withdraw the appeal. For the Respondents Mr Kefu did not oppose the application and did not seek costs. He advised the Court that the Respondents would not be pursuing the costs awarded in the Supreme Court.


[2] The appeal is dismissed. There will be no order for costs.
