AN ACT to amend the provisions of the Constitution dealing with the Teaching Service Commission.
ENACTED by the National Parliament of Solomon Islands.
Short title.
1. This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment) Act 1989.
Amendment of section 116B of the Constitution.
2. Subsection 4 of section 116B of the Constitution is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the words "primary schools, secondary schools and institutes of tertiary education" and substituting therefor the words "primary schools and secondary schools".
