SENTENCE
The appellant in this case is Lionel Jolomo. He pleaded guilty to one count of common assault contrary to section 244 of the Penal Code Cap 26.
He pleads guilty to his offence. A guilty plea saves time and money to summon witnesses to attend trial. A sentence of three months would still be a sufficient sentence in this case.
