Sentence:

1. The defendant, Hency Bosalea having been convicted of the offences of murder contrary to section 200 of the Penal Code, and common assault contrary to section 244 of the Penal Code, is hereby sentenced as follows:
   
   • (i) Count 1: Impose sentence of life imprisonment for the offence of murder;
     
   • (ii) Count 2: Impose sentence of six months for the offence of common assault, to be concurrent to the sentence of life imprisonment;
     
   • (iii) The sentence of imprisonment to be effective from date taken into custody.
