RULING


This is an application for default judgment by the Claimant filed on 5 March 2013. The Claimant seek default judgment against the Defendant for failing to file and serve a response and defence within the time required in rule 5.37 in the terms set out in the claim. The court has heard verbal submissions from Mr Rose and read the materials in support of the application. The court satisfied that their evidence grant the orders sought in the application which have not been opposed by the Defendant. Order accordingly.
