Having heard Mr. Marahare of Counsel for the Claimants
And having heard Mr. Muria (Jnr) of Counsel for the 1st Defendant
And having heard Mr. John Seti Iromea on behalf of the 2nd Defendants
The Court orders as follows:-
(i) that the application for adjournment is refused;
(ii) that the claim of the Claimants filed 1st April 2008 is struck out for want of prosecution under Rule 9.13 of the Solomon Islands Courts (Civil Procedure) Rules 2007;
(iii) that the costs of the 1st and 2nd Defendants to be paid by the Claimants.
