FORM 8 ADOPTION ORDER

Before the Honorable Chief Justice Palmer this 2 May 2008

WHEREAS an application has been made by William James Hain and Marin Hain (nee Tera'aka) of 17 Midland Street, Yamanto in Queensland, Australia (hereinafter the Applicants) FOR AN Order in respect of the said Mereka Nastassia Hain, female child of Rotein Maston.

AND whereas the Court is satisfied that the Applicants are qualified in accordance with the provisions of the Adoption Act 1958, to be granted an Order in respect of the said child and that all the conditions precedent to the making of such Order have been fulfilled.

IT IS ORDERED THAT THE APPLICANTS DO ADOPT THE SAID CHILD.

AND being satisfied that the birth of the said Mereka Nastassia Hain was on the 3 June 2004 at National Referral Hospital, Honiara in the Solomon Islands.

AND that the names and surname stated in the Application as those by which the child is to be known is Mereka Nastassia Hain.

IT IS DIRECTED that the REGISTRAR of Births, Marriages and Deaths in accordance with the Births, Marriages and Deaths Registration Act (Cap. 169) do make in the Adopted Children Register and entry regarding the adoption of the said child in accordance with the particulars set forth in the schedule thereto.

AND IT IS FURTHER DIRECTED that the aforesaid entry in the Register of Births, Marriages and Deaths be marked with the words 'ADOPTED".
