BAIL ORDER


Joseph Wale having committed for trial to the High Court for murder is released on bail on the following conditions:


1. To reside with his parents, Joseph Wale and Elfanette Watari at Niuwaibana Village, Auki, Malaita Province pending his trial at the High Court.


2. To remain at his residence between the hours of 6pm to 7am.


3. Not to speak directly or indirectly with police witnesses.


4. To report to Auki Police Station every Mondays between 8am and 4pm.
