The Court notes the acknowledgment of the plaintiff that the initial maintenance amount of $6000.00 has been received.
Orders:
By Consent
1. The plaintiff is restrained from withdrawing, transferring or otherwise disposing of any monies belonging to Emmett Logging (SI) Limited without the defendant’s written consent, provided that the defendant facilitates the maintenance order previously made.
2. Order thereof shall expire 4 months from this date, without further order.
3. The parties have liberty to apply upon giving 3 days notice.
4. In accordance with the terms of the earlier order, the injunction of the 25 September is hereby discharged.
