OF CRIMINAL CASE
(Section 47 (1) of Magistrate’s Court Act)


The Hon. Mr. Justice Palmer on Wednesday the 20th day of June 2001 at Honiara.


HAVING read the record of proceedings transmitted in terms of section 47 (1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act,


AND HAVING been satisfied that:


No error in law occurred or to the extent to cause me to alter the orders of the Magistrate sitting at Honiara, dated 24th April 2001 I make no further order, apart from the direction that convictions be entered against the accused for offences charged and which he had pleaded guilty to (see section 195 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code).
