I have taken into account e maximum penalty under s.25 and the mitigating facts presepresented by learned counsel Mr. Nori. I note that accused was reprimanded; may be he should have realised that time that he was breaching the law.

Accused has right ofal against sentence. In the event of appeal, he is required to notify his appeal within 30 days of today’s date.
