I have taken into account e maximum penalty under s.25 and the mitigating facts presepresented by learned counsel Mr. Nori. I note that accused was reprimanded; may be he should have realised that time that he was breaching the law.

lass="Mss="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 1; margin-bottom: 1"> I punish ac with a fine of $50.00 (fifty dollars) or 2 weeks imprisonment in default.span>

Accused has right ofal against sentence. In the event of appeal, he is required to notify his appeal within 30 days of today’s date.
