FORFEITURE ORDER
(Pursuant to section 214(e) Customs & Excise Act and section 16 Fisheries Act)

FURTHER to the penalty imposed under Sections 214(e) of the Customs and Excise Act and section 7(6) of the Fisheries Act, it is hereby ORDERED:
That all the fish caught and or the proceeds of sale of such fish, in the commission of the offences under section 214(e) of the Customs and Excise Act and section 7(2) of the Fisheries Act be forfeited to the Solomon Islands Government forthwith, and any proceeds of sale of such fish shall also be payable to the Solomon Islands Government within 7 days, from the date of this order, being, 2nd June 1995.
