ORDER OF THE COURT


Upon hearing Mr. Andrew Radclyffe Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr. Francis Waleilia Advocate for the Respondent and Mr. Charles Ashley Advocate for the Attorney General, this Court Ordered that:-


  1. Mr. Andrew Radclyffe be formally withdrawn as Advocate for the Petitioner in this election petition.
  2. The Petitioner shall pay Respondent's costs in this action up to today's hearing. Such costs shall be those as prescribed in the Higher Scale of costs in Appendix J.
  3. This petition shall be adjourned generally with liberty to apply to have it fixed for hearing. Such application to be made after the appeal lodged by Mr. Reginald Teutao on behalf of the Petitioner has been appropriately disposed of.
