UPON HEARING Mr Ashley of Counsel for the Second Respondent, and Mr C.C. Abe the Respondent in person and having read the documents filed of record,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. Leave is granted to the Second Respondent to appeal on the interlocutory ruling of the High Court, dated 12th August 1994, His Lordship the Chief Justice sitting, that the Respondent Mr C.C. Abe was a person being or likely to be affected in terms of section 83(2) of the Constitution.
2. Notice of Appeal to be filed within 7 (seven) days.
3. No order as to costs.
