Village Courts (Amendment) Act 2014.

Being an Act to amend the Village Courts Act 1989,

MADE by the National Parliament.

CHILDREN'S COURT TO DEAL WITH OFFENDER (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 70).

Section 70 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) by repealing the words and figures "Juvenile Courts Act 1991" (twice occurring) and replacing them each time with the following:

"Juvenile Justice Act 2014"; and

(b) by repealing the word "shall" and replacing it with the following:

"may"; and

(c) in Paragraph (a) by repealing the word "or" and replacing it with the following:

"and".
