ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Interpretation (Amendment of Section 3).·

ANACT

entitled

Special Economic Zones Authority (Amendment) Act 2023,

Being an Act to amend the Special Economic Zones Authority Act 2019,

MADE by the National Parliament.

INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 3).

Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing the definition of "Minister" and replacing it with the following new definition:

""Minister" means the Minister designated by the Prime Minister in accordance with Section 148(1) of the Constitution, to be the Minister responsible for the administration of this Act;".
