ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION

The Board (Amendment of Section 7).

AN ACT

entitled

Post and Telecommunication Corporation (Amendment) Act 1993,

Being an Act to amend the Post and Telecommunication Corporation Act (Chapter 394),

MADE by the National Parliament.

THE BOARD (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 7).

Section 7(2) (b) of the Principal Act is repealed and is replaced with the following:-

"(b) the Departmental Head of the Department responsible for information and communications matters, ex officio, or his nominee; and".
