ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

1. Repeal and replacement of Section 12.

INDEPENDENT STATE OF PAPUA NEW GUINEA

AN ACT

entitled

Industrial Development (Wage Subsidy) (2004 Budget Provisions Amendment) Act 2003,

Being an Act to amend the Industrial Development (Wage Subsidy) Act 1984,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation on 1 January 2004.

1. REPEAL AND REPLACEMENT OF SECTION 12.

Section 12 of the Principal Act is repealed and is replaced with the following :-

"12. REVIEW TRIBUNAL
The Review Tribunal for the purposes of this Act shall be the Review Tribunal appointed for income tax reviews pursuant to Section 240 of the Income Tax Act 1959.".
